Q: What are the work hours and scheduling options?
A: Work hours and scheduling options depend on the services AlphaBEST provides at the particular school district you are applying to work in. Our preference is to hire individuals who are flexible to work during all program hours so that there is consistency for the students and student-to-staff ratios are maintained. However, we understand that many of our team members balance school and other commitments.
