Keep your hands inside the ride at all times, and have a great time creating your own Maker Theme Park. Campers will build a roller coaster, invent a game, design a souvenir shop, and decorate the grounds. There is so much to do before crowds of thrill-seekers arrive!
Born and raised in Orange County, California - a place with much more depth than its TV portrayals suggest - I found my true calling in education after a pivotal experience in an Anatomy and Physiology class. The welcoming atmosphere created by my science teacher sparked a realization: this was the environment I wanted to cultivate for others. For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to after-school programs, consistently showing up for both students and the community. This role allows me to foster the same sense of belonging that inspired my career shift from medicine to education. Now, as part of the AlphaBEST team, I'm thrilled to be living up to our name—providing the best in after-school and education.
