Meet Your Area Managers

Hello, my name is Rose Ellen Miller. I became a part of the AlphaBEST team since 2020 as the Site Director for Elizabeth Haddon, a year later I was promoted to Operations Specialist for the South Jersey region, and most recently; I have been promoted to Assistant Area Manager for our Haddonfield District. Not only am I a resident of Haddonfield along with my husband and two children, but I have been involved with before and after-school programs and a wrap-around kindergarten program in Haddonfield since 2010. It is my pleasure to nurture and care for the children in our program. I look forward to our continuous growth in the Haddonfield area.

Noelia Blanco-Cordero

Hello! I am Noelia Cordero. I joined AlphaBEST in 2020 and have been in love with the program ever since! Before AlphaBEST, I oversaw and led a group of college students who were a part of a Pre-K non-profit program whose purpose was to engage with families and children in under-resourced communities in Philadelphia. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in human development and Community Engagement, with a concentration in Childhood Mental Health. I strongly believe that we can create stronger communities if we can engage and create relationships with schools, families, and children. I am so excited to serve and engage our school district, their families, and children.

Hi, I’m Robyn Knapp your friendly Regional Manager. I’ve been providing quality programs throughout Bergen County for the past 25 years. My degrees in Early Childhood Education and Sociology provide me the foundation for implementing successful early learning centers, before, after school, and summer camp programs for children of all ages. I pride myself on being present and in the moment with the children, their families, the community, and all my “Alpha Besties”.
